BEFORE YOU BEGIN
The only hard and fast rules involved with any and every manipulation and technique described here is to be smart and to protect yourself. So, when you see that gloves and a surgical mask are listed in the What You Will Need make sure to have and use them. Also, don't forget to read the Health and Safety Warning before continuing.
Other than that, have fun and experiment! I've written these instructions according to what works best for me, but that doesn't mean you must follow them strictly. Also, feel free to ask questions, point out typos or broken links and share success stories.
